Maybe you have questions about faith. Maybe you’re only slightly interested in what it means to be a follower of Jesus. Maybe you grew up in the church and decided at some point that it wasn’t for you. Maybe you’re a believer who wants to get to some of the basics of Christianity. Starting Point is your chance to explore and re-explore.
Beginning on June 16, during the 11am Worship Service, and continuing until July 28, FCC is providing a ten-week Equipping Environment called Starting Point. This opportunity is designed for people who have questions about faith, as well as those who want to learn about basics of the Bible and Christianity. During this time, we will have the opportunity to re-explore the foundational aspects of the Christian faith in a way that is relevant and engaging while also strengthening community among our participants. Starting Point is a conversational group that is on a journey of discovering the broad arch of God’s story and where you fit into the narrative. Whether you are new to the Christian faith, simply curious about it, or reexamining it after time away from church, you’ll appreciate the accepting, conversational, small group environment.
