Renew U is an in-depth learning environment at FCC. Renew U is designed to facilitate teaching that will help us gain a clearer insight into the Scriptures. Our prayer is that every teaching in this new environment will propel us in our love for God and others.
Understanding The Scriptures From Cover to Cover
Taught By: Brent Barger and Brad Hammond
Wednesdays, September 8 – November 10
6:30-8:00pm
In this new course, you will discover the flow that makes up the Biblical narrative, both the Old and New Testament. You will discover the central threads of the vast Biblical story which will help you learn how to correctly approach the Bible. You will be able to explore and identify the role of human beings in God’s creation. You will learn who we are as humans and what God desires our lives to be about today and how to practically put these things into action.

Childcare will not be provided for this session of Renew U. Creative Arts is available for those 3 years old through 5th grade. This is a “registration required” setting. Email kwahl@firstchristian.info to register prior to the first session. There will also be a Youth Arts Program as well as a Worship Service for those in Middle School and High School. For those with children birth through 5th Grade, we offer Childcare Reimbursement Vouchers. These are for members or regular attenders of First Christian Church who secure babysitting by someone other than a family member.
