Parking and Entrances

When we designed the Edgewood Campus, we included plenty of parking with clearly marked entrances to the facilities. When you arrive, you’ll see signs directing you to one of four lots (A, B, C, and D). While all lots offer handicapped parking, Lot C may be particularly helpful to those who have difficulty getting in and out of their vehicle as this lot offers a covered drop off location. If you have special needs, please don’t hesitate to ask one of the parking lot attendants. They will be happy to help.

Connections Café

Sunday morning, the Connections Café (located inside First Christian Church) is a hub of action as morning worshipers stop in for steaming coffee, a fresh donut and more… many stick around after the 11:15 am service and enjoy lunch together too! During the week, the Café caters to your grumbling stomach by offering hearty deli sandwiches for lunch complemented by side salads and tasty, homemade soups. The Connections Café offers a great meal and a casual atmosphere to visit with family and friends. More information

What about my kids?

We would love for you and your children to visit us on Sunday! Our goal is to provide a safe environment for your child to learn about God. This is why we provide children’s ministry for infants through 5th grade. We know God has special plan for your child’s life, and we want to equip them to discover what that is. Visit the Family Ministry Page.

Worship Services

Both of our morning services are multi-generational, inclusive services designed to attract the manifest presence of God. The Bible teaches that God looks at the heart, not the outward appearance, so feel free to come worship God in whatever clothing you feel most comfortable.

Guest Reception

With so many people coming together at one time and in one place to worship, it’s possible that someone could be part of an entire worship service, but never actually meet anyone. We don’t want that to happen! So, we’ve set up a time to meet guests right after each worship service in what we call the “Hospitality Suite.” It’s located right beside the Welcome Center. We’ll make sure that some of our staff and leaders are there so that we can meet you. We’ll welcome your questions or comments and will be happy to provide you with more information about First Christian.

Everyone is welcome!

Everyone is welcome to participate in church events and activities including trips, sports leagues, life groups, electives, classes, choirs, etc. If you are interested in beginning a relationship with Jesus Christ or becoming a member of First Christian Church, please respond to the pastor’s invitation at the end of any worship service.
