Graduation Weekend
Are you or someone in your family graduating from high school or college this spring? We want to celebrate your accomplishments on May 19. Click the link below to learn more and to get registered.
The Church On Mission
When the Church is united, she understands her mission – to love and serve the world through both discipleship and evangelism. For far too long the Church has waited on the “paid professionals” to organize the mission.
Opportunities to Serve
If you’re looking to invest your time and talents to make a difference in a very meaningful way, then we would like to invite you to investigate the ways you can connect and serve at First Christian Church.
We would love for you to be a part of our Sunday services. Each Sunday we join together at 9am and 11am. Of course, there’s a lot that goes on in between. If you’d like to learn a little about what to expect during a visit to FCC, click here. Have a specific question? Get in touch.
First of all, hello. Welcome. We’re glad you’re here. Secondly, we want to make sure that you get the information and connection that you’re looking for because we’d love it if you stay around. So, you’re new here and you’re probably looking for some next steps. Here are a few that come to mind:
- Figuring out what happens on a Sunday? You likely want to know what to expect before you arrive at a new place, especially a big church. Take a look at a few quick pointers or a little more detailed information.
- Looking for information? Browse around this site to discover things like FAQ’s about FCC, a little about our mode of operation, some information about the people that keep the place running and the people that give the place vision. If you’re up for some engaging reading, you can also check out our history.
- Looking to grow deeper in your faith? Take a look at some of the upcoming classes available as part of our “Equipping Environments.” We want to get tools into your hands to enable you to move ahead in your faith.
- Looking for a personal connection? Information is great, but sometimes you just want to connect with someone to ask your questions… a real someone. To start a conversation, visit a Red Sofa in the main lobby area before or after our weekend service. What’s going on at the Red Sofa? Find out here. Additionally, you can call us at 330-456-2600, send us a message or visit us. In any case, we’re looking forward to speaking with you.
Getting information is great, but sometimes it helps to talk to a real person to have a real conversation. That’s why you’ll see Red Sofas in the main lobby during the weekend. If you’ve got a burning question, if you want to discover ways you can connect to opportunities at FCC or if you just want to unpack something that God’s been putting on your heart, this is the place to go.
At the Red Sofa, you’ll find trained and caring people, ready to listen to you, ready to pray with you, ready to point you in a direction that gets you from where you are to where you want to be.
